相変わらずどうでもよいようなところで悩んでしまって、ムダに時間を費やしてしまっています…。
割り切って進めた方が良いのに、それがなかなかできない。助けて😣

■どうでもいい愚痴～
制作にはGIMPを使ってるのですが、バージョンが３になってから処理がとにかく重いです😡
画像を書き出しするときに何か処理してるんでしょうけど、ダイアログが表示されるまでに10秒以上かかり作業効率が激落ちしました。
レイヤーエフェクトを全マージしたら少しマシにはなるのですが、前のバージョンだと待ち時間は1秒未満だったから、この差は相当ヤバいです😱
たしかに、レイヤーエフェクトを後から編集できたり複数レイヤーの選択が可能になった点は便利になったのですが、その利点を打ち消して余りあるレベルで酷い…。
この処理時間の長さはほんまアカンて。

あと、内容の大きさでクロップをかけるとレイヤーエフェクトの一部が欠ける現象が発生。すべての画像を書き出した後に気付き、全修正・・・。
私の作業スタイルにおいてはGIMP3へのアップデートは「最悪」でしたとさ。

I know I should just push forward and focus on finishing, but I can’t seem to break the habit. Help me 😣

■Just a little rant－

I use GIMP for production, but ever since I upgraded to version 3, it’s been painfully slow 😡
It seems like it’s doing some kind of processing during export, because it takes over 10 seconds just for the dialog box to appear. It’s completely wrecking my workflow.
Merging all the layer effects beforehand makes it slightly better, but in the previous version, the delay was under a second. This difference is honestly brutal 😱

Sure, being able to edit layer effects later or select multiple layers is nice, but those perks are nowhere near enough to justify how sluggish everything has become.
This kind of slowdown is just unacceptable.

Also, when I crop based on the content size, sometimes part of the layer effects get cut off. I didn’t notice until after I’d exported everything, so I had to go back and fix it all...
For the way I work, upgrading to GIMP 3 was hands down the worst.
