september report

Hello, everyone. For my September post, I wanted to give you a closer look at the character designs. But I didn't manage to finish drawing all the sprites, and some of them are very rough. I'll have to do that next month.

The characters that were supposed to be included are the heroine and her boyfriend. There are also two guys who would corrupt her (there will be three of them in the final version, but I decided to show the first two. Although at first I will focus on only one).

I already showed the character sprites in one of my previous posts, drawn by my friend. But this time, I drew them all in my own style. And while the heroine and her boyfriend haven't changed much in terms of key design details, the other guys are completely new characters.

So as not to leave you empty-handed, here's a little sneak peek of what to expect. The heroine in a normal pose with a normal emotion (these sprites are used in the dialogue system, so they will have different poses and emotions).

Basically, you can see in the picture that my style has already been pretty much formed, and I draw many elements the same way, so the game will be in about this style. However, as you can see, unfortunately, I don't draw perfectly. I have a lot of problems with anatomy and proportions. But I don't think the drawing looks too bad, and I will be able to fix all the irregularities in the future, during development, as I become more experienced as an artist. You can expect roughly the same quality from the other sprites that I will present next month. I hope you like what you see.
