I’m MARUHIRASHAIN (HIRASHAIN means “ordinary employee” in Japanese.), and I’m creating a game to bring my preferences to life.
Starting today, I plan to post development notes as a personal record.
Since I tend to give up easily, I hope your presence will help keep me on track.
I will be using RPG Maker MZ, and I am a complete beginner.
About the Work
This is the title I've been vaguely thinking about:
"Office Lady Ui-chan's Heart-Pounding Orientation: A New Hire Full of Surprises ❤️"
The character art for the girl looks like this.
The story follows Ui Shoshin, a shy girl who moves from the countryside to the city. She gets hired as a new graduate and starts working at a company.
Although she’s not assigned any real work tasks, she uses her voluptuous body to communicate with the male employees (sexual harassment), and that’s where her hidden talents begin to emerge. This is the type of role-playing game I am planning to create.
Manifesting Personal Fetishes
Before I dive into the game production, I want to organize the aspects I enjoy.
Since this is my first project, I plan to keep things simple and just focus on incorporating my personal preferences into the game.

At this point, it still feels like a pretty typical idea with just text.
I plan to dive deeper into each situation, including CG illustrations, as I move forward.

这个是女孩子的立绘。
故事讲述了从乡下到城市的羞涩女孩“初心（Shoshin）小羽”在新公司入职后努力工作的故事。
虽然她并没有被分配到什么正经的工作任务，但她通过自己丰腴的身体与同事们进行沟通（性骚扰），她的色诱才能在过程中逐渐觉醒。这是我打算制作的角色扮演游戏的故事。
