1.1 update file + language switch file

Before I go back to army for 1 week
I had finished the 1.1 update file
update description note is inside the update folder

also link for language switch file in case anyone need it

how both file work is just copy
and overwrite the original file

更新內容會寫在遊戲裡的文件裡

還有切換遊戲語系的檔案

兩者都只需要複製
並覆蓋原本的檔案即可
