It is possible for Sarah to be impregnated by mutant creatures and eventually give birth to it! There will be different scenes for different kinds of mutant creatures. (This system is for Sarah only because of storywise.)

To add realistic to this survival RPG game, the heroines will have their needs for excretion. They will need to use the toilet occasionally or they may leak in different kinds of situation...

There will be 4 clothing status for Sarah and Anne. It will affect villager's reaction to them.

The heroines will leak in the battle when their clothings are seriously damaged and their stamina drop below to certain level(their morality is also a factor)! They will not be able to move during time until they are done and there will be different types of incontinence.
