幾度も繰り返された儀式であった。

半数の冠の王は最初の試練で八つ裂きとなり、２つ目の試練で残りも削られ５つ目に達した者はただ１人であった。
その者も誉れ高く死んだ。

冠の王が良く戦うと世界は祝福され、そうでなければ呪われた。

そして次の冠の王に魔女の息子が選ばれた。

"妖火的故事"（Onibi-monogatari）

有一个婴儿被选为下一任 "冠冕堂皇"。
他是个国王，但他没有领土。
冠冕堂皇的国王会在神灵面前进行十一次试炼，可以说，他自己就是祭品。
诸神对他的出生和胜利表示祝贺，对他的死亡表示遗憾。
这是一个重复多次的仪式。

在第一次考验中，一半的冠王被撕成了碎片，在第二次考验中，其余的冠王都被斩杀，直到只有一个冠王到了第五个。
那个人死得很光荣。

冠冕堂皇打得好，天下就有福了，打不好，就会被诅咒。

而巫师的儿子被选为下一任冠冕堂皇。

The Tale of the Demon Fire（Onibi-monogatari）

There was a baby who was chosen to be the next "King of the Crown".
He was a king, but he had no territory.
The crowned king would perform eleven trials before the gods, so to speak, and he himself was the sacrifice.
The gods congratulated him on his birth and victory, and regretted his death.
It was a ritual that was repeated many times.
