What's Siscounter!! gameplay about?
The gameplay is simply to manage your life with your little sister(?)

You can build a relationship with her friend too, and play together(?).
There's no game over, but watch out for your route selection if you don't want to see the NTR scene (VERY AVOIDABLE).
To be honest, I hate the NTR genre, but I want to make a different gameplay
