昨日、pixiv運営より下記のお知らせがありました。

2022/12/15以降、弊サークルの母子相姦作品が、要修正商品に該当し、boothで一時販売停止になる可能性が僅かにあります。fanboxも同様ですが、boothのヘルプで要修正商品を確認しました。

欧米クレジットカード会社の表現規制からDL販売サイトが自主規制をした場合、「要修正商品」のようにセンシティブな表現が伏せ字になったりタグが別の単語に変わる場合がよくあり、今回もそのような自主規制と思われます。
boothがDLsiteやFanza並みの伏せ字を使うことになるのか。それ以上の自主規制をするのかは不明です。
余程理不尽な差替が無い限りは、修正には応じますが、差替には長くお時間を頂戴する可能性もあります。その間は販売停止となります。何も無いかもしれませんし、規制されるかもしれません。それがいつなのかもわかりません。
そのため、不安な方は私のbooth作品を新規約適用前の2022年12月14日までに再ダウンロードをお願いします。
fanboxも同様となります。現在このような規制はfantiaにはなく、fantia運営のとらのあなで委託可能な同人誌の修正と同じです。今回の規約変更でfanboxに不安を覚えた方は、fantia無料プランの参加をお勧め致します。
