Sorry, it's been a while since my last one. I've been working on an unofficial fan translation for a game, among other things. I do miss getting these ASMR works out though, I really enjoy getting more of this niche stuff to an English audience. I can't guarantee I'm back on any kind of consistent schedule, but I hope to translate at least a few more this year. Sadly, a lot of the ones I really want to translate haven't made their works available for English translation.

Anyway, this is an ASMR work I've liked for a long time but the creator's only recently made it available for translation. The moment I saw that I knew I had to do it. I really hope this is the start of more hentai ASMR circles making their works available for translation. I'm sometimes tempted to try getting in contact and asking but I'm not sure how well they'd respond to a request like that out of the blue.

It's mentioned in the product description, but Yua (the futa girl) is not entirely one-dimensional, as far as ASMR hentai goes. She's domineering and arrogant, with a hint of loneliness. That tiny hint of character complexity really added to it for me. I don't need my hentai ASMR to be a Shakespeare play, but having a character not be quite as one-dimensional is always nice. The build-up and pacing worked really well for me as well.

Overall you've got your standard futa scenes with things getting progressively lewder until the main event. The relationship between the characters doesn't really change, it's remains fairly transactional but there's a hint of feelings there at least from Yua's end, and the act itself can get a little intense (e.g. deep kissing) for what's supposed to be a simple venting of lust for money. Also Yua, while bossy and definitely in charge, doesn't get violent or that forceful. She's even mindful not to do anything that'd hurt or upset the MC. That's something else I liked, although I'm also a sucker for that kind of thing so take that as you will.

New Translation - More Yandere Futa

Another month, another yandere futa work translation. I think I might be getting a yandere futa addiction. I've had this one on my radar for a while to do but hadn't gotten around to it until now. This work is by Pure Cherry who aren't necessarily futa-focused, but have quite a variety of different works ranging from shota, healing, standard vanilla, to NTR. But I think they did a really good job on this one, it's straight to the point and the VA was great.

The creator's put the work on a 75% discount until mid-February 2024 which includes the English version so there's plenty of time to get it for cheap.

My review (spoilers)

Compared to the last futa work I translated, this one is a lot less wholesome. While the protagonist is initially a reluctant partner who's just doing it for the money, he starts falling under her sway more and more. Eventually he's worn down and browbeaten into making their relationship more official. And in the end, he's convinced to sign a marriage form in exchange for the futa's rich father to clear his family's debts. It's hard to say how much he actually loves her back and how much he's just a hopelessly addicted love slave.

The futa character herself can also be more subtly menacing and controlling than in previous works I've translated which I quite enjoyed. Overall I liked her and found her a somewhat believable character as far as yanderes go. The VA did a really good job of switching between occasional moments of being controlling and menacing, before going back to being sweet and loving.

I've completed another translation, this time of a futa yandere. This one caught my eye because it combined two things I love, futa and yandere. The writing was also pretty good and helped a lot with setting the scene. It's my first time translating anything by Futanarical Singularity and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

You come home to find a cute girl in your house. While you're confused as to why she's in your house, she proceeds to explain why she's there as if it were the most natural thing in the world. It soon becomes clear that nothing you say is really getting through to her, and might actually be making things worse.

My review (spoilers)

This is a pretty light-hearted yandere story. The futa in question is utterly devoted to you, and every time you try to object, she interprets your words in whatever way helps keep her delusions. However pushy she is though, there's never any malice from her, it's just that she's incapable of countenancing anything that might counter her logic. Some yandere stories get quite dark and violent but this remains (relatively) wholesome. Though she's 100% the dominant one, the protagonist does end up penetrating her as well, which I'm not normally a fan of but it worked well here.

I found her as a character pretty likable and honestly wouldn't mind being in the progatonist's situation, which is a pretty good thumbs as far as I'm concerned.

The time period of this one is a little ambiguous, but it features a protagonist taking a shortcut through the woods between two towns. Evidently not many people go through this area, for reasons the protagonist quickly discovers.

My review (spoilers)

I thought the slug girl was fairly likeable in this. She's quite friendly and comes across somewhat simple-minded, though assertive, and genuinely doesn't want any harm to befall the protagonist. Copulating with her involves some permanent changes to her partner's body that enables them to carry her offspring, but in her mind this is a wonderful thing. The ending involves the protagonist becoming enthralled to her while still retaining a degree of independance, which I thought was a good middle ground in terms of outcome.

There's a little forcible body transformation that happens in this, but I wouldn't say it comes anywhere close to being body horror. Still, your mileage may vary so keep that in mind if that kind of thing makes you uncomfortable. Overall I'd say this is a really solid entry in Kitsuneya Honpo's monstergirl ASMR series.

Set in modern times, you're a timid man who's out in the woods looking for a fishing spot when you're approached by a laid-back frog girl. Though she starts with idle conversation, it soon becomes apparent she wants a lot more from you and isn't overly interested in what you think about that.

My review (spoilers)

This one goes in a bunch of different directions, even veering into mild body horror at one point (you'll know what I mean when it happens). While in some sense it's the standard fare of a monster girl having her way with a submissive male, there are added elements of body transformation and the overwriting of one's sense of self. The frog girl has a laid-back personality but will happily force the issue if refused or things are taking too long. The ending could be described as somewhat wholesome depending on your point of view.

If you're a die-hard fan of monstergirl content and you don't mind a little body horror, then this will probably be right up your alley.
