GTS on the Tower of Pisa

ピサの斜塔はピサ大聖堂の鐘楼である。高さは地上55.86m、階段は296段ある。一時傾斜の増大と倒壊の危惧があったがその後の処置により、当分問題ないと判断されている。異端審問の弾圧に関連してローマ法王が詫びの公式声明を塔の頂上にて行ったことがある。

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is the bell tower of the Cathedral of Pisa. The height is 55.86m above ground and there are 296 steps. At one point, there was concern that the slope would increase and the building would collapse, but as a result of subsequent measures, it has been determined that there will be no problems for the time being. The Pope once made a public statement apologizing for the oppression of the Inquisition from the top of the tower.
