Rain mechanics implemented, for now I kept a calculation of 25% chance for a day to be rainy, if the rain is active the plantations will be automatically watered!
I'll probably add quests or special NPCs when the rain is active!
Today was a very productive day! I managed to implement the farming mechanics for the game, I'll explain how it's working right now! When planting any type of vegetable it will take approximately 3 days in the game to fully grow, it has 3 instances, on the day planted the land will only be left with dirt around it indicating that something was planted there, on the second day the vegetable will be planted. appear, and on the third day the vegetable will have an effect around it indicating that it is ready to be harvested!
And my work partner designed some more textures for the game's trees! and we are modifying the rendering for the map a little!
Testing fishing mechanics, For now I made a simple mechanic where if you go to the fishing spot you will activate a fishing animation and you will be able to collect fish, random items, nothing or you can find a secret quest or a secret npc to the party! I'll probably do a poll in the future to see if you'd like me to add some kind of minigame when fishing or just a simple, faster mechanic!
NOTE: The background map is just a test map and is not the final product yet, we are painting some textures and modeling some objects like rocks to place in the scene!
