８月特典の不具合を修正しました（ver1.74 → ver1.75）

有料特典の追加パッチに不具合があったため修正しました。
現在の最新Verは1.75です。

修正した内容は以下の通りです。
・戦闘コマンドのボタンが押せなくなる不具合を修正

必ずという訳ではなくて特定の条件を満たすとなるようです･･････

Ver170以降のパッチを導入済みの方用にVer175にアップする修正パッチを本記事に添付しました。
