The problem of "fail to read image" you mentioned from your newest article may come from the differences of foreigner and game developer's unicode.
Because the game developer made game on japanese system.
One solution to the foreigner which is work for me is, to change your windows system unicode to japan which you can locate it on area interface and then download and unzip the ZIP file. That usually work.
