ご無沙汰しております。さーくる五年三組です（＞ω＜） お忘れの方も多いかと存じますが、鬼滅の刃の同人誌を作るために、投稿のお休みをいただいております。
It's been a while, Circle5-3 here. As many of you may have forgotten, I have been taking a break from posting in order to work on a coterie magazine of Demon slayer.
本日は、皆さまに、お詫び申し上げなければならないことがございます。
Today, I must apologize to all of you.
前回、クライマックスシーンの顔を描き直して遅れてしまい、もう諦めて完成させるとのたまっておりましたが、大変申し訳ございません！発売を延期させていただきます！
I'm so sorry that I was late last time, redrawing the face for the climax scene, and I had already given up and talked about finishing it, but I'm so sorry! We have to postpone the release!
延期の理由は、作品の大幅な描き直し修正のためでございます。今回の鬼滅の刃の真菰ちゃんをヒロインとした同人誌は、そもそも私が絵の修行のために描き溜めた真菰ちゃんのイラストを使って、一本の短い物語を作ろうというのがコンセプトでした。ところが、その修行の期間が少し長引いたため、私の画力が未だ拙いながらも、初期の頃と今現在とではまるで変ってしまっておりました。そのため、とても商品化には耐えられそうも無い初期の拙い絵を、可能な限り修正する必要が生じてしまったのです。
The reason for the postponement is due to a major redrawing and revision of the artwork. The concept of this doujinshi featuring Makomo-chan of Demon Slayer as the heroine was to create a short story using Makomo-chan's illustrations that I had accumulated during my training as an artist. However, because the training period was a bit prolonged, my drawing skills, though still poor, have changed dramatically from those early days to the present. Therefore, it became necessary to revise as much as possible the poor drawings of the early days, which were not likely to stand up to commercialization.
以上の理由から、今年中の完成と発売を断念せざるを得ない状態と相成りました。
For these reasons, we have no choice but to abandon the plan to complete and launch the product this year.
今年中の発売をお待ちいただいていたお客さま方には、本当に本当に申し訳なく思っております。お見せできる冒頭のサンプル部分などを、修正が完了次第、順次お見せしていく予定でございます。年を跨いでしまう事となりますが、何卒今しばらくお待ちいただけますよう平にお願い申し上げます！
We are very, very sorry for those customers who have been waiting for the release of the product by the end of this year. We will be showing you samples of the first part of the product as soon as the revisions are completed. We apologize for the delay, but we ask for your patience as we work through this new year.
