確定會搬家跟練習繪 I'll move. (and some drawing. )

已經談好租屋了，10月12日後只要沒下雨就會搬家。

現在還是覺得台灣法律過於不合理，明明對方每天有6~10個小時都放任那隻狗吠，但警察就是不願意處理。

別人造成我的困擾，竟然是我得自己想辦法，我得付出更多時間及金錢成本，唉。

I've already agreed to rent a house and will move as soon as it doesn't rain after 12 October.

I still think the law in Taiwan is too unreasonable, obviously the other party let the dog bark for 6~10 hours a day, but the police just won't deal with it.

I have to find my own solution to the problem caused by other people, and I have to pay more time and money for it.
