I have a question for everyone overseas.

I have a very important question for all of you who are supporting us from abroad.

I recently learned that DLsite.com, where my circle sells RPGs, no longer accepts some credit cards.

Some Japanese credit card brands seem to work fine, but foreign brands are not working. You may be more familiar with the current situation.

It seems that the credit card companies were affected by some dispute, and the effects of the dispute have reached Japan.
However, what is important is how to purchase your precious treasures in the right way.

What I am concerned about is whether you overseas can still shop at DLsite.com even if your credit card is not accepted.
Are you having to give up what you want because you can't use your credit card, or do you already know of other payment methods or other payment channels that allow you to shop at DLsite.com without any inconvenience?
I am very curious about that.

Because even if we work hard to create a translated version of an RPG, it is meaningless if everyone overseas cannot buy it.
Foreigners who can read Japanese can still play my RPGs, but if they don't know how to properly purchase them, they won't be able to play them even if they can read Japanese.

I believe that one of the top three most important things in life is “problem solving“.
(It is very important as one of the most important attitudes and attitudes to live life)

There is a saying, “Half of life is trouble, and the other half is to solve it”.
This is a quote from an American movie called “The Whales of August” directed by an Englishman, Lindsay Anderson.

The Japanese translation may have changed the wording slightly, but the words I wrote above are a translation of the quote in Japanese.
My life is full of troubles, and I am always encouraged by these words.
Sometimes I am encouraged by the words of people I have never met in a foreign movie.

One of the reasons I want to deliver carefully translated RPGs to those who cannot read Japanese overseas is that I live my life encouraged by these words.
I hope that one day someone will be encouraged by my RPGs and have a little bit of hope in life, or think about trying something interesting, and live better.

The fact that DLsite.com no longer accepts credit cards is one big problem for me and for all of you overseas who are looking forward to indie treasures.

We all want to and should get over this trouble.
So, I, as an RPG creator, have a question for all of you overseas and for those of you whose primary language is a foreign language other than Japanese.
