『美人のヨガトレーナーが評判らしい』
その噂を聞いて僕はすぐに察した。
師匠が以前、『スポーツクラブで水泳以外も教える事になった。』と言っていたからだ。
「師匠、スポーツクラブでヨガを教えてるんですって？」
晩御飯の時に僕がそう話を振ると、師匠は頷いた。
「耳が早いな正太郎。病気になってしまったトレーナーの方の代わりに臨時で受け持つ事になったのだ。昔、体の勉強をしていた時に習っていたから真似事でもよければ教えることができると言ったら頼まれてな。」

そして、次の写真を見て僕はさらに愕然とする。
「師匠…、これは…？」
僕が指差すと師匠はそれを見て「ああ…」と小さく溜息をついた。
「体が硬い人が多くてな、姿勢がキープできないのだ。だからこうやって私がくっついて手で支えて補助してやると皆頑張ってくれる。この人なんて普段は10秒も姿勢をキープできないのに、この時は60秒もこの姿勢を維持できたのだぞ？凄いだろう？私の指導の賜物じゃ。」
