The archive contains not only the latest modification files, but also all the necessary files for a complete translation of the game into English, as well as saves from the developer, immediately before new scenes.
You can also get these scenes yourself simply by playing through the main story. Enjoy

Instructions.
1) Unpack the archive and move the “www” folder to your game folder and replace the files
2) Run the original game.exe
*Your game must be the latest version (1.05.3) of the Japanese version as a basis
