■足をお湯と冷水に交互に漬ける、温冷交代浴が自律神経を整えるのに効くらしい…ということで試してみたところです。これでちゃんと眠れるようになるかなあ。
I have just tried alternating hot and cold baths, in which the legs are alternately immersed in hot and cold water...I have heard that this is effective in regulating the autonomic nervous system. I wonder if this will help me sleep better?
