【Important】VisaとMastercardが一時的に使用できません

　現在、DLsite並びにCi-enの決済手段において、VisaとMastercardのクレジットカードが利用できなくなっています。

　恐らく、最も影響を受けるのは海外の支援者だと思いますので、海外の支援者向けに経緯を説明いたします。

　機械翻訳の文章を併記しますが、おかしな言葉遣いがあったらすいません...（日本語しかわからない...）

　アジア地域からの支援者さんも多いのは承知の上で、多数の言語で併記するととんでもないことになるので、英語の翻訳のみ併記しています。

　現在、アダルトコンテンツを扱うプラットフォームの多くが、クレジットカード会社による表現の規制を受けています。

　Currently, many platforms for adult content are subject to restrictions on expression by credit card companies.

　そのプラットフォームにはDLsiteと、関連サービスであるCi-enも含まれています。

　不同意性交や未成年を連想させる単語は使用が厳しく規制されているため、プラットフォームは該当部分を伏字にすることで対応しています。

　Since the use of words associated with nonconsensual sex and minors is strictly regulated, the platform responds by withholding the relevant parts.

　DLsiteも同様の規制を受けましたが、伏字にするのではなく、別の単語に置き換える対応を取りました。これは前例のない対応です。

　DLsite received a similar restriction, but instead of foreshadowing, it took the action of replacing the word with another word. This is an unprecedented response.

　例えば、幼い外見の少女を意味する単語は『ひよこ』に置き換えるなど、数十個の単語を同様に別の単語に置き換える対応を発表しました。

　For example, the word for a young looking girl was replaced with 'chick,' and dozens of other words were similarly replaced with other words, and so on.

　この対応が今回の決済停止と対応あるかは不明ですが、少なくともこの表現規制の問題に関連して、一部クレジットカードによる決済が停止されています。

　It is unclear whether this response corresponds to the suspension of payments, but at least some credit card payments have been suspended in connection with this expression restriction issue.

　この単語の置き換えには弊害もあり、日本国内でも賛否が分かれていますが、規制に抗おうとするDLsiteの対応そのものは評価に値すると考えているため、当方は引き続きCi-enでの更新を継続し、他のサービスに乗り換える予定はありません。

　Although this word substitution has some harmful effects and is controversial even in Japan, we believe that DLsite's response to resist the regulation itself is worthy of recognition, and therefore we will continue to renew with Ci-en and have no plans to switch to other services.

　しかし、VisaとMastercardの決済停止は、海外からの利用者にとって重大な障害となる可能性があります。（日本国内では他にも多数の決済手段が利用できます）

　However, the suspension of Visa and Mastercard payments can be a serious obstacle for users from abroad. (Numerous other payment methods are available in Japan)

　海外からの利用者で決済手段に困っている方は、お手数ですがコメントフォームにご意見を頂けると助かります。
