海外向けローカライズについて About Localization for Overseas#2

「シロウト家出娘と俺」の海外向けローカライズ作業を行っております。
We are in the process of localizing "The Runaway Girl and Me" for overseas players.

対応言語は？ What languages are supported?

英語、中国語（簡体字）、中国語（繁体字）、韓国語に対応する予定です。
それぞれ言語ごとのパッケージになるか、１つのパッケージで各言語に切り替えできるようになるかはまだ決定していません。
言語切り替えに対応できるようにゲームエンジンを改修するテストを行っているところです。
English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean will be supported.
It has not yet been decided if there will be a separate package for each language or if it will be possible to switch between each language in one package.
We are in the process of testing a modification to the game engine to support language switching.

発売日は？ When will it be released?

まだ未定です。

販売されるプラットフォーム、サイトは？ What platforms and sites will be sold?

今回パブリッシングを担当しているのがDLsite様ですので、現時点でDLsiteでのリリースのみが決定しています。
Since DLsite is in charge of publishing this time, the game will only be released on DLsite at this time.

既に日本語版を購入してるのですが買い直す必要はありますか？ I have already purchased the Japanese version.Do I need to repurchase another one?

状況によっては「はい」です。通常版のローカライズ版を入手したい場合は買い直す必要があります。
ただ、この件についてはDLsiteで日本語版を購入してる方向けに大幅な割引キャンペーン等を行うことが可能かDLsite様と検討してまいります。
また、後述のアペンド版（追加ＤＬＣ）版のローカライズ版を購入する事で言語をオーバーライドできるようにする予定です。

はい。こちらもローカライズ予定があります。
ただし、まだ日本語版も完成しておりませんのでリリースはかなり先になると思われます。
注意しなければならない事は、英語、中国語（簡体字）、中国語（繁体字）、韓国語版を望むユーザー様が「シロウト家出娘と俺 Sweet Days」の日本語版を購入してしまうと各言語版を再購入する必要が出てしまうことです。
そのため、そういったユーザー様はローカライズ版が発売されるまで待った方が良いかもしれません。

However, the Japanese version is not yet completed, so its release will be quite some time in the future.
It is important to note that users who want English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Korean versions of the game will have to repurchase each language version if they buy the Japanese version of "The Runaway Girl and Me Sweet Days".

こちらの実行ファイルから起動すると言語をオーバーライドできるよう計画しています。
この方法では「シロウト家出娘と俺 Sweet Days」のローカライズ版を購入する必要があります。

Steamでリリースされる予定はありますか？ Are there any plans to release it on Steam?

現時点ではありません。理由は以下の通りです。
「シロウト家出娘と俺」R18版はSteamの審査が通らない(*1)ことが予想されるため、全年齢版を作成する必要が出てくるのですが、このゲームからR18要素を取り除くとゲームとして成立しなくなるため全年齢版の作成は困難であるためです。

*1 制服を着た女子高生が出てくるため

The R18 version of "The Runaway Girl and Me" will not be approved by Steam (*1), so it will be necessary to create an all-ages version.
However, it is difficult to create an all-ages version of this game because removing the R18 elements from the game would make it unplayable.
