監視システムの更新

日本語版：

病院の監視カメラに映っているのが廃屋だとフォロワーの皆さんからも散々指摘され、どうすればいいか悩んでいたのですが、結局作り直しました。
現時点ではカメラのFPSが以前と比べて高くなっており、マウス操作も可能です。
その他にもHイベントが発生後にxキーを押さないと終了しない問題も解決したので、さらに使いやすく、ゲームへの没入感が高まりました。
そして携帯電話画面のポップアップも改善を行い、より自然な動作になっています。

因為被粉絲說了好幾次醫院的監控室的內容是廢宅的，所以糾結了一下，最後還是把這部分重新製作了。
現在攝像頭的FPS比以前更高，而且可以用鼠標控製了。
不僅如此，還解決了H事件結束後需要再按一次X才能退出的問題。
總之就是比以前方便了很多，代入感也加強了。
順便對手機UI的彈出也進行了優化，現在看起來會比以前自然的多。

Finally we remade how the camera system work and now we have a more intuitive surveillance UI now. (at least separated haunted house and abandoned hospital)
The FPS of the camera is now higher than before, and it can be controlled with the mouse.
Not only that, it also solves the problem that you need to press X again to exit after the H event is over.
In short, it is much more convenient than before, and the sense of immersion has been strengthened.
By the way, the pop-up of the phone UI has also been optimized, and now it will look much more natural than before.
